Add 3-5 drops to your diffuser, necklace pendant, or even drop a few drops on a tissue and put in your pillowcase or pocket (to pull out and inhale from as needed).

I am addicted to this blend. It instantly makes me feel calm and relaxed. I use it in my diffuser and I put drops on a cloth and put it in my pillow case.  So wonderful! -Jennifer S
